Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange:
In case you would like to return or exchange your jewelry, you have 15 days to do it. Please, contact our team through our email (email@example.com) by sending your order number, informing us that you would like to return your product, the reason and if you would like a refund or a gift card to purchase a new product on our website.
Once we receive the jewel we will inspect the product, and then refund the amount you paid with taxes.
Note that we will not be able to refund the shipping cost from the original purchase. Also, in this case, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.
Note: If the product is not well packed and protected, and during the inspection it is found that the product was damaged or misused, the money will not be reimbursed.
Return due to Warranty:
We give a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, which means any molding or gold plating defect.
Note that our warranty does not cover misused parts such as bent, broken or loose stones. Please read our “Semi-fine Jewel Care” section to make sure you have a jewel that lasts longer.
If you have a problem with our product, please contact our team through our email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Send your order number and pictures of the issue. Our team will support you, and if it is found that the product has an issue we will work to provide you with a return label and a full refund will be done to you once we receive it back.
When returning a product make sure it is well packed and protected.
In case of a manufacturing issue communicate with us as soon as possible so we can start working with our suppliers.
