Where do you ship to?
We ship inside Canada to any province.

What are the shipping fees and delivery time?

2.Product Material:

How do I take care of my semi-fine jewel?
For the greatest durability of your semi-fine jewel, avoid contact with creams, makeup, perfumes, sprays and water.

Where does the product come from?
Our products come from manufacturers in Brazil. They are produced with high-quality gold, silver and stones. We keep close contact with our suppliers to offer the best quality, price and diversity of products for you.

3.Gifting:

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Yes, you can! We offer a gift box at an extra cost. When buying the product select the option “Add gift box”.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
Discreet packaging is not offered at this time, so please make sure to only ship to a location you are comfortable with receiving the parcel.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! We offer eGift Card which is an amazing option if you want to send a gift to a friend who lives far away.

4.Return and Exchange:

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I receive the wrong order? 
We will work with you to get it returned. We also offer one year of warranty for manufacturing problems. In both cases we will refund 100% of your costs once we get the returned product.

Do you have Warranty?
Our product is made to last a lifetime with the right care. We offer 1 year warranty for manufacturing problems. The warranty does not cover misused pieces which are broken, bent, damaged or with lost stones. Please refer to our policy of “Return and Exchange” and our “Semi-fine Jewel Care“ section in our website baseboard.

How much is the return fee? 
For wrong delivery or warranty, there is no fee to return the product as we will send you a pre-paid label and you will get 100% of your money back.
If you want to return your product due to any other reason. You have 15 days to do it and you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

When will I receive my refund? 
 As soon as we receive the product returned and we inspect it we will refund the amount through the original payment method or if requested a gift card.
